What is CPC certification?
CPC certification stands for Children’s Product Certificate. A CPC certificate is similar to a quality inspection report in China; it's issued upon passing relevant tests and receiving a report. The certificate lists importer/exporter information, product information, and the relevant tests passed and the applicable regulations and standards. Amazon requires sellers to upload a CPC certificate when listing certain product categories (such as children's toys, baby products, and children's clothing). Children's products without a CPC certificate cannot be sold.

Summary of Reasons for CPSC and CPC Rejections for Toy Products in the US and Europe
Recently, many friends have asked about CPC certification. Before meeting me, some had already used other agencies to obtain CPC certificates, but still failed to pass the review. I have summarized the reasons for rejection by Amazon:
I. In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following item. Please update the CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.
Answer: The CPSIA field on the product page editing page is not filled in. You need to select the appropriate Warning for your product from the drop-down menu!
II. In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the following Steps:
1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then select Vendor Certificates.
2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents.
3. Search for the affected ASIN and then.
4. Click Add to upload the documents.
Answer: Do not reply or submit documents in the CASE section. Find the "View Sales Application" section in the menu bar, locate the rejected ASIN, and resubmit the certificate for review.
III. We noticed that the recommended Age Grade of the ASIN is missing on the product(s) detail page.
Please update the product(s) detail page with the recommended Age Grade (the manufacturer_minimum_age attribute) identified on the ASINs third-party test report to proceed with the approval process.
Answer: The listing backend lacks the recommended age description for the product. Update it in the backend.
IV. Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, please take clear photos of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:
* Manufacturer Name
* Manufacturer Address
* Warning label (as (Applicable)
Answer: The first requirement from Amazon is that the product images must clearly show the manufacturer's name, address, and warning labels (I have a general template).
