The WERCS is a leading global supplier of green supply chain systems and software for addressing chemical regulations. Walmart prioritizes the company itself over the product. For them, selecting the right supplier is essential for procuring qualified goods; without a good supplier, nothing else matters. In other words, product variety is not Walmart's primary focus. Suppliers must clearly define the differences between their products and those of similar products, and provide relevant company information, including factory size and production capacity.


Walmart's WERCS registration applies to the following product categories:


Third-party formulas, handicrafts, automotive products, rechargeable batteries, cleaning products, electronic appliances, cleaning and beauty equipment, home décor, apparel, lawn and garden tools, miscellaneous items, nutritional supplements, pet supplies, pharmaceuticals, photography equipment, fitness equipment, daily necessities, and toys.

3) Composition analysis report;


4) UN38.3 report;


5) English/German SDS report


Walmart uses four inspection standards to ensure each product meets requirements:


Whether the supplier's product will improve Walmart's quality, improve its price, increase its value, and enrich its product range.


If a supplier's product lacks market competitiveness, they need to highlight their strengths and avoid submitting inferior products.


Furthermore, product packaging is a crucial factor for successful suppliers.


To become a Walmart supplier, a company must meet the following eight conditions:


(1) The goods supplied must be of excellent quality and meet the standards and requirements of the central and local governments.


(2) The prices of the goods supplied must be the lowest in the market.


(3) All samples must be provided by the company.


(4) Samples must be provided for initial negotiations or for new products.


(5) Copies of VAT invoices with sales records.


(6) The supplier must be able to meet the demand for large-volume orders. If there is a supply shortage after receiving an order from Walmart, the supplier should be notified immediately. If Walmart orders cannot be met three times consecutively, the supplier's cooperation relationship will be terminated.


(7) The supplier should provide the following discounts:


A. Annual commission: 1.5% of total sales;


B. Warehouse commission: 1.5%-3% of total sales;


C. New store sponsorship fee: Free sponsorship for the first order of a new store opening;


D. New product entry fee: Free for the first order of a new product. (8) Suppliers are prohibited from providing any form of gift to purchasing personnel. Any violation will be dealt with seriously. Furthermore, Walmart encourages suppliers to contact them electronically. Walmart always acts as a purchasing agent for consumers, rigorously selecting suppliers and persistently negotiating prices, aiming to provide customers with low-priced goods while ensuring a complete range of products and guaranteed quality.
